It is all a matter of balance.
Everything has a cost, you either pay the cost up front and purchase the correct equipment for the job
or you pay later when the equipment you purchased fails to live up to your expectations. When you pay later
you lose the efficiencies, which would have been gained by purchasing the right equipment.
You lose again when you pay to improve the cheap equipment or you live with the inefficiencies. There are no free solutions, one way or the other, you will always pay the cost when you fail to purchase in a diligent manner.
